Developed in 1972, the  Lakeport Lagoons private community was one of the first of it's kind to be built on the shores of beautiful Clear Lake with every space having lake access. There are in fact, 96 lakefront modular home units in this 55 and over retirement community,. The park has amenities like a boat ramp, RV & Boat trailer storage, and a clubhouse with a pool and BBQ.  There are also on site park manager who host events for the community like card tournaments, a Luau, and a Christmas party to bring the community together!
